importing xml leads to crash

I used romlister and exported it using the mgalaxy option.  After trying to import it to mgalaxy, it instantly crashes.  I can reload the mGalaxy Runway program but when I click anything mame related, it auto crashes still.  Not sure what to do.  Do I need to reinstall mGalaxy?  Also how can I import the xml file without crashing it?
