Galaxy 5.5 without Windows Media Player not videos play (SOLVED)

My PC with Galaxy 5.5, if I turn off Windows Media Player, not videos play.
(Windows 8.1, Windows 10)

Curiously, in Windows XP, play videos without Windows Media Player.

mGalaxy use WMP librairies, so it can't works without some of them.
