Marquee2Bezel is a program that will convert your marquee collection into custom bezels for use in MAME.
1. Download the latest collection of Marquees from http://www.progettosnaps.net/marquees.html
2. Download Marquee2Bezel.zip and extract it
3. Run Marquee2Bezel.exe and set your paths
4. Set the resolution you run MAME in
5. Click GO!

That's a great looking utility - and perfect for missing Bezels!!
To chime in on places to get bezels, Emumovies is another great resource. You have to register (free) but can download up to a gig a day in data. I'm pretty sure it's unlimited if you're a paid member - but a gig is normally good enough. It only took me a few days to get everything I needed!
They also have a utility (which I use) that scans you ROM folders searching for updates to bezels you might not have (and anything else, including snaps, samples, backgrounds - you name it!) Takes the pain out of searching for graphics for your games - and it works on a most emulators.
