Hi everyone!

I bought mGalaxy premium last night and I've received my Licence via Email. Unfortunately when I copy it into the mGalaxy directory, mGalaxy runway crashes upon loading. I don't know why this might be? Below is the error log that it asks me to post. Any advice would be good!

- are you running mGalaxy on Win or MacOS
- without the license file Runway is opening...correct?

Hiya,

I was running it on Windows 7.
Without the licence file, the Runway operated correctly.

I installed Windows 11 on my PC, and then mGalaxy ran fine, including the premium licence.

The problem appears to be that Windows 7 is too old!

Anyway, it is all fixed now!

Thanks!
