I know it is sort of a juvenile system, and it is predominately Japanese.
But here is the working code and Icon file to add the Sega Pico to your mGalaxy
Perhaps our good friends at mGalaxy will find it useful... our good friends
Sega Pico
Hello,
How do you make it go full screen?
How do you use it only through the keyboard? (I've tried one or the other rom, but it depends a lot on the touch part)
...as it is, it seems unplayable only by the keyboard/joystick...am I wrong?

The engine is keyboard only. As for full screen, I manually stretched it out.
I have to admit, I only played A Bug's Life and no other ROMS.
It worked fine, so I figured it was okay.
There are a lot of tutorials about the Pico Emulator out there, perhaps one of those can help you.

JMD, did a little experimenting for you on this issue. Did you know you can play Sega Pico through Retroarch. It is full screen and you can use your controller.
I have not tried to run it through retroarch through mGalaxy, but it works fine if you run it through Retroarch from your desktop.
However add it to your retroarch and see what happens. Good luck.

I gave it a try...and yes, it seems to work under RetroArch!
For those interested here is an archive to extract over 'mGalaxy > Data' folder with the files needed to have it run properly!
