Hello, i'm new here.
I like mGalaxy product and bought premium yesterday, but I didn't receive any files, keys or something. In my account order #3034 is still processing and "No downloads available yet" in the "download" section. When and how I can use my premium features? Thanks!
Sorry if my english isn't very good.

Sorry about that tiualex, there was indeed a little delay in the processing of your order.
Your license has been sent by mail, simply copy it into the mGalaxy folder and you'll be Premium
Thanks for your support by the way!

Sorry, but I try to launch program and see message:
Error
No system activated in mGalaxy_Runaway.
mGalaxy will now quit!

What I've been doing wrong?

Yes, you'll first have to run mGalaxy_Runway (this is the 'configurator'). I would advice you to follow some tutorials from yhe website and youtube channel ;)

Thank you! I figured it out already. I'm so stupid. =) Don't want to bother you. but last few questions, if you'll be so kind, please.

First.
Is there any way to change lauching game voice? I'm sound designer actually and I want make my own sounds, if you don't mind . But I did not find any audio files in data folder to change.

(I found similar question on forum and as I understand - answer is no. Too pity, I hope, you'll make this possible in the future. I don't want any futuristic sounds in my retro room. It ruins immersion for me. As well as background sounds of nature or fireplace sounds. For me is some room tone would be fine enough)

Second.
It is possible  "combined"  different versions on one game into one entry? I have a launchbox also and they have this feature. it's pretty handy when you have a large collection of roms and they are too many to configure it manually,
(As I understand from youtube channel it is possible to hide something. Not so much fun with gazillions of roms, but it is okay)

Following your message I decided to integrate this feature in the next version of mGalaxy. The sounds used by the interface will be exposed in a 'Sounds' folder and the user will be free to replace them with custom sounds.
I then invite you to share your sounds in the 'Resources' board ;) (https://www.mgalaxy.com/phpBB32/viewforum.php?f=8.0)

Without answering exactly what you are asking for, in the next version of mGalaxy there will be advanced possibilities of filtering, selection and actions on Roms.
See https://www.mgalaxy.com/mgalaxy_runway_overview/ and in particular concerning the management of duplicated roms, the 'Selection' section...and the accompanying video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwrebmr5GQk

Oh, thank you very much! It would be awesome! Sure thing, I can share any content I'll made!

Many thanks again! I personally think your frontend looks the best. Hope to see not only snes but other popular consoles on your themes in the future. Love the Idea with changed cartridges. And changing ligts during the day. Oh, by the way, I've made some cartridge labels special for your snes theme. Its only for SNES, not Super Famicom yet. Looks fine for me. Can I share it at your forum too?
