For every systems...or just one?
For every emulators on that system..or just one?

Have you tried changing emulator, just to see?
Have you fixed path to emulator?

This message is displayed when mGalaxy reads an emulator name that is not officially supported...but it could be a user error when manipulating UserSystems.xml.
What is the name of the emulator in question?
Can you send a screenshot of the System Tab? (or post "mGalaxy > Data > User > UserSystems.xml" file)

The error happens with all systems that use Retroarch (i have added some new cores to this emulator). I use Retroarch for almost every system.
Selecting a system that uses other emulator i get another error saying that the roms folder in empty... but thats a not related problem i think.

I think that I've isolated a possible problem (thanks for you to pointing this out)
Could you please replace the files in your mGalaxy folder with the one in this archive please? (you won't loose anything)
