Hi,
by opening mGalaxy Runway a popup told me that a new version was available (7.0 instead of 6.3). I downloaded the installer/updater in order to update my version, but it looks like the installer overwrote my previous fully configurated version with a fresh one, with no systems at all.
By the way, it looks like there was no upgrading to 7.0 version according to the Facebook page.
Is there a way to recover my previous configurated version? It would be a pain to start from the beginning.
And, what about the 7.0 version, popupped by mGalaxy itself too?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Gianluca
mGalaxy updating failed (?)
Hi,
I've read the next post and I will try to copy databases files in order to recover the systems.
But, what about the "fake" popups on upgrading to 7.0 version? I think this deserves an answer from mGalaxy, since all the troubles started from there - since I'm a Premium user mine are not simple "free complains", so to speak.
Thanks,
Gianluca
