MAME ROMS won’t start

After making a few updates to both mgalaxy and the mame emulator, games that once worked no longer work. Guessing it’s the emulator version. What version of the emulator do you guys find most stable?
At every update it s the same problem ^^.
You need to update your Mame version AND your roms.
At every Mame version lot of roms or bios need to be updated, if one bios is not up to date all the rom that use it will not work.
