Trouble With Snaps & Video Snaps Not Working

Hi... Hopefully someone can help me...
I've downloaded all the snaps and video snaps in the correct formats, have directed mGalaxy Runway to the folders, but none of them work?
The only way i can get snaps to work is if i screenshot with F12, it shows up immediately!!
Tried updating with Screenscraper and TheGamesDB, but no joy.... it says its updated my database... but thats it!!!
Im using Mame0164b, and mGalaxy 6.2.0.0.
Games list appears, I can play games but NO pics or videos?!?!?! >:( >:(

Any help greatly appreciated!!

EDIT - Somehow the snaps have started appearing, but the selected ones with video snaps, the picture disappears after 2 seconds to a blank blue picture??
Any ideas guys?

forgot to add that i can hear the sound from the video, but not the picture?

Can you see snapshots while browsing yes or no?
When you stop browsing, mGalaxy will display the snapshot fro about 1 sec then will display the movie (if available)...so, are you telling that you're seing the snapshot but not the movie?
