How to apply video filters in mgalaxy MAME?

My MAME arcade games appears too pixelated fullscreen in a 1080p, is there a way to apply some video filters(scaling) in Mgalaxy to alleviate the problem?

You are speaking about the screenshoot displayed in mGalaxy, or the game during Mame execution ?
