I have made a test, I have just changed my executable in mGalaxy Runaway mameuifx64.exe instead of mame64..exe, and all is working.
Perhaps a configuration problem.
Try to download a new version of mameuifx, install it a clear folder and select it in mGalaxy runaway, without more changes.
