No sound in Mgalaxy (but I have sound in Runway and the games)

When i use the front-end I have no sound, i can even see the name of the song it's playing.
I do have sound in Runway for example when I press save. and also in the games that are launched.
(on another laptop I have sound every where.)

Any idea where to look ?  (I already tried the volume settings in the config menu when you press shift.)
Is there a codec missing ? or an option to debug ?

mGalaxy requires Window Media Player (min. v10) to be installed!
