I tried to make a donation to gain access to the Supporter Edition, but Paypal says "Vendor unable to receive payments".  Is it not possible to make donations?

From what I understand, you actually want to get a theme (by opposition to make a 'simple' donation). I would then suggest you to either click on the 'mGalaxy supporters edition' orange button or click on the 'Get a supporter edition' link (both on the 'download' page).
