Game Synopsis

Hi,
Would it be possible to add a synopsis for each game, in a similar way to how the note.rtf feature is displayed?
I am a member at emuxtras.net where they have a synopsis editor, which allows a user to generate the necessary .txt files for each game.
I've attached a sample of the synopsis files for the Sega Master System, which includes a txt file for each game, but also a synopsis.txt which includes each game's synopsis in one file.
