New mGalaxy 10.1.0.0

mGalaxy 10.1.0.0 not working with windows 10. Can not add new system or update roms. I do have premium version.
Try to be more precise what's not working for you? What it working before 10.1?
When you say 'Can not add new system', do you mean you are in the 'Systems' tab, click 'Add system'...and no window open?
When you say 'Can not update rom', do you mean you are in the 'DB Update' tab, click 'Update'...and nothing happen?
