cross-platform list of all playable games

Could there be a possibility to add the function to have all the games associated with the various enabled platforms sorted in one single list instead of having them seperate for each emulator?
It's call "Smart Groups", is very powerful, allowing you to create groups across systems, based on criteria (or not)
