Can You List Games According To Folder Names?

As the title states I need to list some games according to the games folder name instead of the rom filename. The reason for this is I started collecting SNEN MSU-1 games and they have to be given the same filename as the sound files that come with them which are abbreviated names such as "smw_msu1" for exsmple which is a MSU version of Super Mario World. Any kelp would be greatly appreciated..
