Should I go from V6 -> V7 ?

Is the jump to V7 worth it ?
I'm on V6 and it took me a while to get it just how I want it - is it worth moving to version 7 ?
What's new/different ?
Do you remember the site "MAME ROM Links" ? - That was me way back then.....
