How can I enable specific options in MAME ?

I want to enable plugins in MAME  - from the command line this is done with the "-plugins" parameter. How can I enable the plugins when I'm running MAME from mGalaxy ?
Do you remember the site "MAME ROM Links" ? - That was me way back then.....

Actually - reading through some of the post here - it this something I could add to the "UserSystems.xml" ?
Do you remember the site "MAME ROM Links" ? - That was me way back then.....

You can indeed add this directly into the usersystems.xml file!
