mGalaxy not work in Windows 10 (SOLVED)

I have prepared an external drive as drive E: with mGalaxy 5.5.
Runs perfectly in windows xp sp3 (Toshiba Libretto U100, 1GB RAM) and Windows 8.1 (PC desktop i7, 16GB ram).
But in Windows 10 (Samsung N120, 2GB ram) and (Alienware MX11, 8GB ram) does not run, it gives error and quits.
I installed directx 9 in Windows 10.
I could not install .NET framework, because Windows 10 says it is already integrated.
What could be the problem?

Please install the enclosed file inside the mGalaxy folder..and report please!

Now the program starts, not before, but when change console gives error message and closes.

When you switch from a system to another mGalaxy crashes ? Is that correct?
What does the error message sys?
Could you take a screen capture and post?

I personally tested mGalaxy on a fresh Windows 10 installation and I can't reproduce your bug!

I created a new portable mGalaxy in Windows 10 directly ... problem solved !!!
