Possible, you have an error message with something about "Problem Signature 04: mscorlib"
If it s that make a look here http://www.mgalaxy.com/forum/index.php?topic=269.0

Yes. I get:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01: mgalaxy.exe
Problem Signature 02: 4.1.0.0
Problem Signature 03: 51558c6d
Problem Signature 04: mscorlib
I've read the thread you indicated. I'm not sure I understand, is it because I don't have Windows Media Player?

I have the same problem specially installed the new Windows 7 x32bit and new versions mgalaxy 4.2beta and the program is not responding: (this error has already reported the mail (the kind of Megaman at the screen's game is ugly).
You have the bug with the 4.2 beta and not the 4.1 ?
Muser, you don't have Windows media player ? I had this bug in trying to unistall it ^^.
Try this method http://www.personalcomputerfixes.com/general-errors/how-to-fix-clr20r3-error/
I have found this too

And pls, write the other "problem signature" the application developper need them to localise the bug >> http://mrpfister.com/programming/demystifying-clr20r3-error-messages/ Good luck at him .Check Your System Language Settings
Sometimes you can receive the CLR20r3 error when an application is causing a conflict with your system language settings. For example, when you are trying to run a program that uses non-Unicode fonts on a system that uses Unicode fonts. When this is the case, changing your system’s settings for programs that don’t support Unicode. You can do this by going to the Control Panel, selecting Regional Settings and going to the Advanced tab. Change the language to English and click OK. Reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.

I think the dev use a WMP librairy, so the application can't work without WMP.

You're right Aeliss mGalaxy uses MediaPlayer library for Music and Video reproduction.
This problem shouldn't raise with v4.2: this library is joined to the application.
