problem was i tried setting snex9 input when,,,,, xpadder running configured for the mgalay front end....
was running....don't work have to kill xpadder then set emu buttons then start ...

hey guys,,i have standerd joy & buttons running to a usb controler from my cab..

when i open "runway" and try to configure the butons nothing happens!
i have to use xpadder to set it to keyboard key's!

my joy& buttons all register when i configure them in mame,snes9, and others
so it is working ...

ya i will need ,,, and is working good...
i realy like your idea of the dummy-rom @t the begining to show
the emulator and button config!

Yes i had the same problem...so i fixed it like this...

a looping batch file that continues to delete, and re-wright what ever game to start on i want!
in the background for ever

then start "Mgalaxy" and enjoy... here is the batch ...

Please add "Marquee-Path" should be so simple for you...
love how quick MG is, but still have alot of attachment to Maximus arcade

MGalixy= free! great total to buy themes = 20x8.00 = $160 and cant mod the theme >:(

ok so this is what i have found!
kind of resolved?
win 7-64

if i open runway and point to "vid" folder "save"
and do not have "snap" folder set and launch "MG" it opens and starts the vidieo! Yay

but when i set both "snap" and "Vid" in runway ... and launch "MG" it opens and
just shows the Snap ...

Hey guys have searched the forum ...and all i find is my Q: but not solved.

windows 7 64
when i add add a mp4 vid to a file and point runway to it...
when i start Mgalaxy the snap shows then fades to black like it wants to play the movie but doesn't

file is mp4 and plays in WMC and vlc and also ...

i am using the script in the nulldc folder witch allows for a clean exit...
but still wont load the game with that script. only opens nulldc...

it sounds like the script solves it for some of us but not all "in my case!"

so with the system.xml change "above" and the ...

OK hopefully this will help alot of you looking to get dreamcast "Nuilldc" working

this is what you do...go to your Data folder and find..."Systems.xml"
open it in a text editor
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
and replace this:

<Cmd id="1" name ...

set up help for "Sega Dreamcast"
