Could you please download this portable version of mGalaxy.
It's configured and contains a few internal roms for testing.

The databases are very complete...you should be able to download all the necessary media (as long as the starting name of the rom is 'correct').

You should have read in the text accompanying the emulator (which in this case is cmd.exe) that it's the shortcuts created by RPCS3 that we're going to use!
