No, it's not included in the “Arcade” themes (btw, are you using 'Arcade' or 'Arcade Room' theme?)... but I can make you a beta version where it will be (and then integrate it into mGalaxy permanently).

If you are upgrading from an older version, simply reinstall the new version in the same folder...and when you start it up for the first time, an update will be performed! (As a precaution, first test it on a copy of the folder from the older version!)

'Favorites' (as well as 'Tagged') info have been moved to the system database file (xmlout.xml).

OK, mGalaxy is minimized in the taskbar...but if you maximize it, does it respond? I mean, can you browse the games list, for example?

If you've installed the latest version of mGalaxy, you should know that this 'hidden' setting is present in the official version.
You need to open the 'mGalaxy > Data > Preferences ...

I'm not familiar with this joystick...if it's a dual joystick, perhaps the second one is listed in the ‘Gamepad 2’ tab?

Ok Weird, your version works in my downloads folder so I thought maybe i'de take my 2 versions and plop them in the download folder and see what happens. but they still don't work. I though maybe it was something with my external drive that I had them on was screwing them up but I guess not... So ...

I can't reproduce what you're explaining.
Could you please download this portable version of mGalaxy.
It's configured and contains a few internal roms for testing.
