I am getting my setup perfect, but the MAME marquees from emumovies are lacking quite a bit.
Is there a way to use a placeholder png if one doesn't exist?

I checked all my settings to make sure that I didn't miss anything. The behavior remains unchanged.
The only difference I see from your last post is that mGalaxy is installed C:\emu\frontends\mGalaxy
I attached a picture of my roms folder, my UserSystems.xml, and the xmlout.xml for the MAME system.

Old Version of MAME - Embedded database workflow
I am using the MAME .78 due to the machine that I am building is very resource limited. I placed the .78 catver.ini and the .86 nplayers.ini (it doesn't go that far back I guess) into the MAME root folder. I update everything and the command prompt comes up and then goes away after about 3 seconds ...
